My Gratitude Journal

Write down 5 things you're grateful for every day.  If you can't recall 5 things that's okay.  Get 1 in there.  You can also write about your thoughts, your dreams or whatever comes to mind.  Writing a little bit of something is better than writing a whole lot of nothing!
